  • Company number: 11827745 (registered in England and Wales)
  • Address: 8 Commerce Road, Wood Green, London N22 8ED

What we collect

When you contact us

Your name, phone number and email address, the treatment you’re interested in, how you’d like us to reply, and anything you write in your message. This applies to our enquiry form, WhatsApp, phone calls and email.

Please don’t include medical details in an enquiry. We’ll talk about your health privately at your consultation.

When you become a client

Your contact details, date of birth, medical history, consent forms and the details of your consultations and treatments. Information about your health is special category data, and we protect it with extra care.

We keep client records securely, and only the people who need them to look after you can see them.

When you use this website

The servers that host this website record technical information, such as your IP address, browser and the pages requested, to keep the site running and secure. When you send the enquiry form, our form provider, Web3Forms, checks it for spam and passes it to us by email.

If you accept analytics in the cookie banner, Google Analytics also records which pages you view and which buttons you tap, with cookies, so we can see how the site is used. It doesn’t identify you to us. We use no advertising cookies. Our cookie policy lists the cookies and how to change your choice.

How we use it

We use your information only for the purposes below, each with a lawful basis under UK data protection law.

What we use your information for, and the lawful basis
What we use it for Lawful basis

Consultations, treatments and your treatment record Providing the service you’ve asked for. For information about your health, your explicit consent
Keeping this website secure and stopping spam Our legitimate interests in a safe, working website
Keeping accounts and meeting our legal duties Legal obligation

We don’t sell your information. We won’t send you marketing messages unless you’ve agreed to receive them, and you can change your mind at any time.

Who we share it with

We share information only with companies that help us run the clinic and this website, and only what they need:

  • Website hosting: Hostinger
  • Enquiry form: Web3Forms, which checks each enquiry for spam and sends it to our inbox
  • Email: Google (Gmail)

If you message us on WhatsApp, WhatsApp (part of Meta) handles that conversation under its own privacy policy.

Some of these companies may process information outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on safeguards recognised by UK data protection law, such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Agreement.

We may also share information when the law requires it, or to protect someone’s life or health in an emergency.

How long we keep it

We keep information only for as long as we need it, then delete it securely.

  • Enquiries that don’t lead to an appointment: 12 months
  • Client and treatment records: 8 years after your last treatment
  • Website server logs: only as long as our host needs them to keep the site secure

Your rights

You have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the information we hold about you
  • ask us to correct information that’s wrong or incomplete
  • ask us to delete your information
  • ask us to limit how we use it, or object to how we use it
  • ask for your information in a format you can take elsewhere
  • withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on it

To use any of these rights, contact us using the details above. We’ll reply within one month. Some rights have limits: for example, we may need to keep treatment records for a set time.

Complaints

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve used your information, please tell us first, so we can try to put it right. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113.

Changes to this policy

If anything changes, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
