What our facials are

Our facials cleanse, exfoliate and hydrate your skin, for how it looks and feels on the day and in the days after. Choose from our Classic facial, four facials using Eclado skincare, or a back facial.

The Classic facial is our 60-minute facial. The Eclado facials (the Eclado facial, NX-CX Platinum, Vita Crush and Ginseng) use Eclado skincare products. The back facial cleanses and exfoliates the skin on your back. Dermaplaning uses a fine blade to remove dead skin cells and fine hair from your face.

A facial won't change your skin's structure or treat a skin condition. If you have acne that over-the-counter products haven't helped, see your GP or another healthcare professional. You might also like our ProHydra facial or Korean Glass Facial.

Who it’s for

Adults only

Treatment is only for adults aged 18 and over.

Often a good fit if you

  • feel your skin looks dull or dehydrated
  • would like a fresh, clean-feeling finish, on your face or back
  • want a relaxing facial with little or no recovery time

Not suitable, or we’ll wait, if you

  • have broken skin, a skin infection or a cold sore in the area
  • have a known allergy to any of the products used
  • have acne, rosacea or eczema on your face, or very sensitive skin, if you'd like dermaplaning

If your skin is sensitive, tell us at your consultation. We'll adapt the facial or suggest an option that suits you better.

Risks and side effects

Common and expected
Brief pinkness after cleansing and exfoliation. If a peel step is used, mild redness or flaking for a few days. Dermaplaning can occasionally nick the skin.
Less common
Irritation or a reaction to a product. Please tell us about any allergies or sensitivities before your treatment.
Your skin tone
At your consultation we'll ask about your skin's history, including any dark or light patches after past treatments, and take it into account.

Worried after your treatment?

If anything about your skin worries you, contact us straight away on WhatsApp (opens WhatsApp) or call 07532 895989.

Your questions

Which facial should I choose?

It depends on your skin and what you'd like. We'll help you choose at your consultation.

Is there any downtime?

Usually none. If a facial includes a peel step, you may have mild redness or flaking for a few days.

What's in the Eclado facials?

Our Eclado facials use Eclado skincare products. We'll talk you through the steps at your consultation.

What is dermaplaning?

A treatment that uses a fine blade to remove dead skin cells and fine hair from your face. Afterwards, we'll ask you to avoid acid and retinol products for a few days.

Can a back facial help with breakouts?

A back facial cleanses and exfoliates, but it isn't an acne treatment. Scrubbing too hard can make acne worse, and if over-the-counter products haven't helped, it's worth seeing your GP.

How often should I have a facial?

It depends on your skin. We'll suggest a plan at your consultation.
